I studied and graduated in Social Communication Journalism, at UEL – Londrina State University from 1998 to 2004, the period when I also discovered my drive and obsession for photography. I was (I am) one of those with the analogue camera hanging on the neck.

In 2005, I moved to London from Dublin to boost my career as a commercial photographer. There I worked for PR agencies and media companies like Camera Press and Redactive Media. I shot projects for brands and magazines from the UK and abroad like Vogue Brazil. For 10 years living in the capital, I specialized in corporate and editorial portraits; business and actor headshots. I helped hundreds of actors to succeed in casting auditions all over Europe.

In 2015, I reconnected with Brazil, where I’m from originally, and set up my photographic studio. For four years I was commuting between the UK and South America, while also shooting projects in Belgium, Germany and Holland.

During the Pandemic, I moved to Bristol, where my business is based alongside my usual overseas and London network.

My photography has a particular approach to the subject and a style that has a lot to deal with my photojournalism background. My storytelling eye has had a huge influence on my career as a commercial photographer.
